Best Villa Ever !!! Recommendable !
We have been going to Croatia for many years. This was definitely the best villa we have rented so far. We were on site for 14 days. The villa has super amenities, comfortable beds and is very intelligently planned. In the basement rooms/bedrooms we could almost always do without the air conditioning even in the height of summer. The kitchen was optimally equipped, as one would wish at home. There was really nothing missing !!! We have never experienced anything like this in Croatia. The Weber gas grill in the outdoor kitchen is just optimal. The pool is super.
The house is well located in a rather quiet area of Krk. But everything is easy to reach with a short drive.
The on-site support is optimally organized and the landlord himself very accommodating and friendly.
We had no complaints and will certainly book the house again.

Best great equipped villa with everything your heart desires
From young to old, everyone was enthusiastic about the house.
Particularly noteworthy is the great view, which you can also enjoy from the large, open kitchen. Even if there is a rainy day, the house offers enough space and possibilities to pass the time. We were impressed with the quality furnishings (furniture, mattresses, bathrooms) and that there was a private bathroom for each room.
However, the distance to the sea on foot is a bit longer than the stated meters.
All in all, we can only recommend the house.

Beautiful house
We stayed at Villa Olea with 6 adults and one child. It was a dream. Especially the view of the sea. The villa is very well thought out and beautifully furnished.
There is really everything available in terms of dishes and household appliances.
The washing machine and dryer are also super and work perfectly.
The villa is very spacious, so that everyone really has their own space and can withdraw. What is also very great is that extra toilet upstairs next to the living room.
You do not always have to go from the pool to your bathroom to go to the toilet.
The pool, the lounge area, the outside dining area and the barbecue are great ;).
In the time we were there, it was really very quiet, which was nice because you could really relax well. What is also really great is the shower next to the pool. You can just cool off there even briefly. 🙂
The bedrooms, as well as the associated bathrooms are also super. There were enough towels available and everything was very clean and tidy. In each bedroom, as well as in the living room, televisions were available. We also received German programs.
The only thing that was a bit of a shame was that there were no umbrellas, as it was already very warm at the sunbeds at noon / afternoon time.
The road to the house is unfortunately not yet tarred.
It is a gravel road that you have to drive a little uphill. But it goes.
All in all, the house is just a dream and beautiful. It can only be recommended and we would vacation there again immediately.

Wonderful house with beautiful view
We literally felt at home from the first minute. The house is huge and cozy at the same time. Perfectly designed down to the smallest detail, tastefully decorated everywhere and equipped with the best technology and many useful things for kitchen and cooking lovers. The whole house is absolutely quiet and offers a spectacular view of the sea from the lounge terrace. Check-in and check-out with Sandi were on time, friendly and straightforward. Whenever we had a question, sandi responded immediately. Long story short: One of the best spots we have found in the last 10 years in all of Europe. And a lot of vacation quality at a really fair price. Many thanks to sandi!
